I am in favor of keeping the multiple repos we have now, although I would
be happy to be convinced otherwise.

I think that the advantages of moving to a single repo (only having to
check out one project, potential to help reduce protocol mismatch errors)
do not outweigh the advantages of staying with the current structure, which
include familiarity for existing users, compatibility with currently
existing documentation, and a clearer separation of concerns.

I also agree that "guacamole-client" is a confusing name, since it does
contain some server side code, but no better name comes immediately to mind.
