I mostly restored the 0.94 state of affairs. (You owe me a coffee... A nice, expensive one :) ).
The numbers mostly add up, the rest we'll cross reference with the CHANGES.txt files. Most importantly that unreleased state of 0.94.6 and 0.94.7 has been restored.
