Sean, if you’d like to RM a branch-1 release, or any other, that would be 
great. I’m going to continue at it as I have the bandwidth but the more the 
merrier.

I think we can be more like Hadoop and others here and get away from strict 
notions of releasing branch ownership. Any committer should feel free to step 
up and RM if they need a release from a particular code line, or set of code 
lines.
