@ok2c Would be that hard to put the link to the formatting convention on
project home page? That was the first thing that I have looked for. Different
projects have different conventions. A have used conventions used by another
Apache project. And I have (wrongly) assumed that such conventions apply to all
Apache projects. Which meant I had additional work to do to reformat the
contribution - even though I made reasonable attempts to avoid that work. What
I wanted is for others not repeat make my mistake. I was willing to reformat
the code (again). But there was absolutely no will to do even this simple thing
of mentioning formatting rules on project page. Well, given all the other
circumstances further cooperation seemed like a pointless path to take.
