@dmap David, I think I have resolved the problem with TLS upgrade with
5e88e51263ade7bc516d6089560927bc1099f930. I moved TLS upgrade logic from
`IOSession` request callback to individual `IOEventHandler` factories where it
should have been put from the start. Could you please take another look at
making `SOCKS` handshake work as a part of `IOEventHandler` chain?
