I think you may have typo'd 22.04 instead of 20.04, but yes I too feel like 22.04 is far too new. I am seeing a few libc++ ABI updates on 22.04 but they seem to be targeting LLVM. My concern is there might be other dependencies that would limit backward compatibility.
