I second that. I'll be more than happy to work up some examples of the more advanced features. Some of them I've not used before, so it would be a learning experience for me as well. :) As for where we should put them, is the licensing issue the only thing holding back placing them directly on the hivemind site? If so, then perhaps all "cookbook" type examples should be hosted somewhere that the hive site can link to unobtrusively. I'd suggest we try and make the examples as easy to find as possible.
