It works nicely on platforms I use.  But last week was the first report of 
anyone building it on windows.  Or rather, trying and failing to build it.

I'd guess that's precisely because it's now stable for us as devs,
a slightly wider circle of testers are looking at it.  That's a Good Thing.
When it goes GA, we can expect a *much* wider range of users, and
they'll be less tolerant of things not working.

I don't even know if it's a bug or a user error.  If it is a bug, it would
obviously be best to fix it, but an acceptable second-best is to
document it.
