PS. Some slight change to previous releases: The tarballs carry a prefix '-rc1' but the directory it unpacks to is 'httpd-2.4.49'. This is to make sure that, when you vote on a tarball and it is accepted, that we can release this very thing you voted on. All other things should be the same as in previous releases.
