AIX/xlc/ppc64 100% on httpd-framework albeit not the greatest module
coverage on my new system

Files=139, Tests=7027, 231 wallclock secs ( 1.82 usr  0.43 sys + 45.99
cusr 20.74 csys = 68.98 CPU)
Result: PASS
