Currently, Hudi has not won much attention in China, partly because of the
lack of Chinese resources and documents. I personally think we should add
more documentation and develop multilingualism. Just as Flink has official
Chinese documentation[1], this can quickly let Chinese developers know
about the project, which is also very helpful in accelerating Hudi's
incubation.

I am personally very willing to undertake and organize the translation of
Chinese documents. I'd like to promote the Chinese documentation of Hudi
into the official website. Here is my plan:

   - Use the same workflow (JIRA and PR) to contribute to Chinese
   documentation;
   - Add a link to the Hudi's Chinese web page, the link could be:
   https://hudi.apache.org/zh/
   - Each .md file has a same-named .zh.md file, e.g. concepts.md mapping
   concepts.zh.md
   - Review changes to English documents and update Chinese documents
   according to the release cycle.

What do you think? Any suggestions and feedback are appreciated!
