Hi, I have some questions about IOTA JIRA
1) I don't have permission to update a JIRA status, like "In progress", Should I have permission or that is okay? 2) Yesterday we applied a patch to IOTA solving some tickets, how can we relate that patch to the JIRAs? 3) I'm not a Apache committer but I will be contributing a lot to the project.
