I did pull&rebase and your commit wasn't there. Did you push to GitHub or to ASF? You have to push to ASF or the mirror job will remove your commit from GitHub!
I like that TOC too. Regarding the apps, Abiquo based clouds use jclouds to enable hybrid cloud models and Chef to provide configuration management to the deployed nodes.
