AWS has rolled out different versions but JClouds needs to be agnostic to
that as it's a valid expression. Either way - the parser is not implemented
correctly as it actually doesn't parse any valid iso8601 expression. We
shouldn't have to reinvent the wheel here as others have already figured
out how to *correctly* parse iso8601 expressions (see JodaTime).
