Text looks fine with me. Having seen a few announcements go by on  
general@, what's the normal practice for VPs? Is it common for them to  
rotate on some schedule, e.g. once a year? Is that something for each  
project to decide.

Also, do we have a list of outstanding items (IP clearance?) anywhere?
