No, as [~andy.seaborne] remarked, it's not simple to put a {{tdbloader2}}
script in the Fuseki distribution-- as you show above, using {{tdbloader2}}
currently requires having the Jena distribution available and as Andy remarked,
having a {{tdbloader2}} that uses the Fuseki distrinution would mean two
different versions of {{tdbloader2}}. The question here is whether putting a
{{tdbloader}} _script_ in Fuseki's {{bin}} directory is a useful step for the
needs of this ticket?
