Thanks Vladimir for completing this migration.

I had applied the cleanup procedure on a fork and pushed a PR.
but there were some additional steps done for migration and fork is again
unsynched:
- Fork master  branch is 16209 commits ahead, 16211 commits behind
apache:master.

What is the procedure to sync again?
