The repository is configured (mail notifications should go to [email protected]),
and we can continue with JMeter development.

The URLs are: https://github.com/apache/jmeter and
https://gitbox.apache.org/repos/asf/jmeter.git

Thanks everybody, and sorry for the disruption. Please let me know if you
think something is not working right (e.g. git produces warnings or
displays 'all files as modified' or whatever)

Note: if you want push via GitHub and/or manage PRs, then you need to link
your accounts via https://gitbox.apache.org/

Note: theoretically GitHub allows for transparent use of SVN, however I
have never tried it.

Note: if you want to use your fork repository that you created before the
cleanup, you should process it as per
https://github.com/vlsi/jmeter-git-cleanup/tree/v2.1.1/clean_fork

I guess we might want to update the site.
So we need to figure out which git repo to use for the site (suddenly we
have two: https://github.com/apache/jmeter-site and
https://github.com/apache/jmeter-website), then we populate it and ask
infra to setup site publish from that.
