Hi Kurt,
I have attached a patch. This does not yet combine the aforementioned classes,
but it does test the signature functionality itself.
It also fixes mapAddressLines in MappingModelToApi, which was previously
setting the addressKeyName twice (once incorrectly), and that was breaking
signatures in the test case.
