Yeah, looks good to me too.
I'll try to work on that. I also plan to add a link to the release
notes page for each release, as those are at the top, so it's not
really natural to me.
Done and available at https://cwiki.apache.org/KARAF/download.html
It just occured to me that the release notes for 1.6.0 aren't
available anymore. The link points to the felix confluence space, but
the karaf pages have been removed there, so not sure what to do about
that.
I also wonder if we should embed the mirrors combox box as done on the
felix download page (http://felix.apache.org/site/downloads.cgi) which
avoids the intermediate mirror selection.
I think I'll postpone that after the site is migrated fully to scalate
as I don't want to tweak whatever is needed twice.

I think we can split into three parts, regarding our latest discussions:
Example
1/ Latest Stable Releases:
2.1.3 windows/unix
2.2.0 windows/unix
2/ Unstable Release:
2.99.99-SNAPSHOT windows/unix
3/ Previous Releases (on a separate page)

I agree with you on this.
Still I think it would be nice to list a "history",
so since this part stays in the wiki, doesn't it?
We could add an extra sub-page with the history.
wdyt?

I think the download page will tend to grow indefinitely if we keep
the way it is.
I propose we only keep the latest maintenance release for each branch,
I think it makes more sense.
