For the kogito-ci-build image we already have branch-specific latest tags as in `main-latest`, `10.0.x-latest` ... so we might do similarly for the -nightly tag?
Thinking about the `main-latest` vs `main` in terms of tag semantics for kogito-ci-build ... it might as well be enough `main`, `10.0.x`, ... would that make things more aligned?
