Please excuse my confusion here...
Let me start with a summary of what I think we have:
1. We have an existing solr service definition that only supports the solr API
for version 5.5
2. This patch adds a new service definition that is called solrui which not
only supports the solr API but also the UI and it is for version 6.1.0
3. The two above service definitions cannot be configured together in the same
topology since they will match the same paths
It seems to me that the above describes a new version of the same solr service
definition.
Which would lead me to expect this patch to just be a new version within the
same solr directory.
The topology could then explicitly state which version it wants or just accept
the latest version - which in this case will be 6.1.0.
Am I missing something about what we are trying to achieve here?
