If the Solr UI service doesn't include the rest API rules, that would mean both
UI and rest services could be deployed in the same topology? That could mean
that to deploy the UI service it needs the rest service but that wouldn't be
that bad. Does that make sense?
You could always point the UI service to Knox that is hosting the rest service
(could be the same instance).
