[~rding] - I think what we need to do is:
1. remove anything in the existing patch that is for the solr REST API
2a. add anything required to the existing REST API version that is needed for
added APIs OR
2b. add a new version of the REST API service definition because there was an
incompatible change
3. add a new service definition for SOLRUI
We are really close to having this right and I would like to see it make it in.
I think we are shooting for an early RC build next week as the open issues are
coming down to ones that are at risk. We will move this to 0.13.0 on Monday if
we don't have a viable patch by then.
