As a kylin committer I think our develop process has changed a lot since we
started to adopted the Apache way. Every developer is encouraged to trace &
document on his work. On the other hand, the community has grown a lot too.
We have received many patches from the community and welcomed several
external committers. So my vote is +1 for graduation.
