The user can enable font replacement under menu
Tools.Options.OpenOffice.Fonts

To create install sets that already have certain font replacements
enabled, adapt officecfg/registry/data/org/openoffice/VCL.xcu and create
a <node oor:name="bo" ...> element similar to, for example, the <node
oor:name="th" ...> element.
