Hi, I'm investigating an upgrade to ICU 3.4 or later for OOoLater. Of the patches we apply to the ICU I want to get rid of as many as possible. Currently there is an area of features added that is not present in an upstream ICU. This is:
Dzongkha support, which was OOo issue 38617 http://qa.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=36817 and is related to general Tibetan layout support, which is (funny number coincidence) ICU bug 3617 http://bugs.icu-project.org/cgibin/icu-bugs?findid=3617 I just added my comment there. As Javier Sola contributed our ICU 2.6 patch and also helped Khmer support find its way into upstream ICU, may I ask you, Javier, to prepare a patch for upstream ICU to include Tibetan/Dzongkha support?
