However, you're free to obtain the source, modify the locale data, recompile the library and put it into your installation. Or find someone who does it for you. I don't understand why you need to enter thousand separators when keying in numbers. Anyway, if it is only for the combination of a dot as decimal separator and a space as group separator you could use the Georgian locale, which has both.
