you mix several issues:
1. en-GB is not in 2.0.1 timeline
This is because Sun only takes care about their languages.
2. *you* are releasing OOo in your language, so you decide when it is
released. If it is ready, then it is released!
3. It is not mentioned on download page.
This is simple bug and can be solved *quickly* after you file an issue
to its maintainer.
No need to make such noise. Just ask what has to be done.
BTW - how about QAing yourbuilds? Is QA of your builds finished?
