The Catalan code for OOo 2.x is now "ca" because OOo doesn't use the
hackish telephone prefix code anymore. So the Valencian dialect of the
Catalan language should be a kind of ISO 639 code.

As the Catalan strings from Barcelona (now "ca") and the Catalan
strings from València ("ca-va"?) are exactly the same in more or less
the 90%, I don't see the need to add a new language to OOo.
