hi!

it looks like localize_sr.exe is fetching some path information from the
environment and expects them to be in dos style (e.g. "c:\somedir").

using "guw.pl" with the "-env" option converts an defined set of
environment variables (look for "affected_vars") to dos style before
starting the actual command.

please file an issue to "[EMAIL PROTECTED]".
