It's basically up to you whether to translate spreadsheet function names
or not. Some localizations have translated names, some use the English
ones. If you translate them, keep in mind that users will have to input
their formulas using these names, so once translated, they shouldn't
change (or users will have to re-learn), and it might be useful to use
the same names as other spreadsheet programs.
Built-in function names are in sc/source/core/src, those from add-ins
are below scaddins.
