Combine the files, then reconvert. OK, I'll try to do that.If you are compiling from Pootle project files, the folders will probably include .pending and .stats files, so you should use -x '*.stats' -x '*.pending* with po2oo to exclude them.
I can't see any of those files. Javier sent them to me, so he may have already removed those files.
I have already submitted the issue for the interface files: if I'm going to combine the two translations, I'll probably have to modify that issue, rather than submitting a new one.Great, good luck ;)
After I put all the files in one hierarchy, I ran the conversion with the en-US.sdf file from m199. It ran OK, but it produced a 6.7MB file. My interface file was over 7MB, so adding some Help files should produce a larger file, not a smaller file.
However, when I compared the two files, I found that the conversion for the combined interface and help files had no space between strings! Instead of:

However, part-way through the file, it stopped listing translations. Past that point, it only shows original strings:
