Hi Weizhao: I can give you information about how to build OpenOffice in a specified language, because i build some versions for galician project before we were in touch with l10n project at OpenOffice.org. I build versions of OpenOffice from 2.0 to 2.1 for Windows (with .net 2003 professional and with Visual Studio Express (freeware)), Mac(Intel) and Linux(i386).
