Hello localizers,

I've noticed that Lithuanian localization of OpenOffice has been in RC,
but not among official releases for quite a while. I would like to help
fix that. Sophie (she's on the French team, I suppose) has told me that
we need to perform some testing in order to become an official
localization, and that I should contact this list if I have any
questions. I found a few people who agreed to perform those tests, so
now I'm here to find out more.

My questions are:
1. what exactly tests should we perform on Lithuanian versions of OOo to
become an official l10n and be shipped among other locales?
2. who manages the accounts of testers on TCM? Am I correct in thinking
that it's possible for one of the Lithuanian l10n team members to manage
those accounts for Lithuanian testers? If yes, then how do I become that
person? :)
3. if we want to be official on all platforms, I suppose we need testers
on all of them?
4. if we become official, can we also get localized installers?

Thanks!

Rimas Kudelis
