No (more) need to be upset ;-). As you might have seen from my reply
to Rail's mail, having UI _and_ help translated is no longer required.
We still need to calculate how much space we can use on the extended
mirrors for additional languages, but for OOo 3.0 we (Sun) will try to
upload full installation set of most/all languages where the UI
translation is more or less complete.
thank you for letting us know that the space issue is resolved. Does
this mean that as soon as the UI is 80% translated, Sun will officially
provide both builds and language packs?
As mentioned above Joost will try to gather some numbers about how much
space we can use for additional languages. This could influence the
exact percentage of translated UI which gets required. But IMHO 80% UI
translated would be a good start.
