fixed on Pootle3. So, JA community can start the translation work now

I think that Aijin uploaded only some test files of the Developer's
Guide. So the next step is to upload the full content.
I assume the next step is to upload the leveraged Basic Guide
and Admin Guide to Pootle by Sun so that JA community can get
the TMX as a memory.
Yes and the second step would be to upload the already translated Basic
and Admin Guide.
