No, QATrack is still absolutely in use: you won't be able to publish a
release without it being marked as approved in QATrack (by you or the
responsible person for Slovenian). You can ask for a QATrack account, in
case you don't have one, on the d...@qa mailing list.

At the time, I sent a file to Per Eriksson, current maintainer of
QATrack, based on a template I had received from him. You can find Per's
address in the archives of d...@qa or ask there for more information.

Anyway, there is little need for localizing QATrack is you are managing
it yourself: it is more an internal tool and you will mainly use it to
submit builds and to maintain their status (from Untested to In test, to
Approved, to Distributed).
