There never were builds for full installation, probably because the
localization is not 100% UI.
I meant the RC languagepacks distributed on the openoffice.org website,
I see there is now one for RC5 as well.
So I'm guessing ro not being released as language pack on
http://download.openoffice.org/other.html#tested-lp is because we're not
at 100% UI or because I missed some mandatory testing procedure ?

It seems that the Romanian locale (ro) is not in this RC, although it
was in RC4, am I missing something ?
