localization is not 100% UI.
I meant the RC languagepacks distributed on the openoffice.org website,
I see there is now one for RC5 as well.

builds are availble even if <100% translation is available.

As soon as all is done and no problems occurred you can write an issue

It seems that the Romanian locale (ro) is not in this RC, although it
was in RC4, am I missing something ?
