I don't file any issue about this yet.
In fact, I found many untranslated strings in RC1, but I thought there
were a mistake, so it would be fixed. Since I knew almost strings are
translated. However, in RC5, I've installed today, they are still
English.
Now I can't list them, but they are not new strings, as my known they
were translated already. For example, "view", "print" items in Tools >
Option > OpenOffice.org. "Fonts", "size" in fonts page of the Tools >
Option > OpenOffice.org.
You can see some of these abnormal strings in the screenshots which I
made today in OOo getting started documents.
