That would be Catalan in Vatican ... note that locales are exchanged in
files and using such a made-up locale would only cause confusion between
different applications.

I'm about to implement BCP47/RFC5646 language tags, but that will take
its time, see http://qa.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=109846
