Dear Translators/Localizers,
I've created a wiki page gathering information on how to proceed with
the translation work for 3.3.

Milestone 83 can be used to start translation. However, please disregard
2 modules that erroneously have been integrated: testautomation and
migrationanalysis.
Please note that there is a Beta release scheduled for 3.3. The focus of
the Beta release is primarily UI, that means, that it's not a
requirement to provide translated Help files. Delivery deadline for the
Beta is July 15th.
