when I finally found way to manually make pot files from sdf with that
script correction, I got two additional pot files, that did not exist
before:
officecfg/registry/schema/org/openoffice/Office.po
sdext/source/minimizer/registry/schema/org/openoffice/Office/extension.po

Both seem empty.
