That sounds very reasonable. I'd even extend it to "jcr-repository"
(I'm not a fan of abbreviations, IMO that increases the entry barrier -
like usr, dev, var, opt etc. in the unix world).
AFAIK the location can be changed in cocoon.xconf in case someone wants
to have the repository somewhere else in the filesystem; especially
*outside* context://, so this is just about the default, right?
