That's not a bug.
The user "lenya" might have permissions to publish pages within
the subtree of a page.
I think that's quite confusing.
She is allowed to publish the whole subtree,
in this case only the pages with the correct permissions will be
published.
what about performance if there is a huge subsitetree below a specific
page?
I think we should separate "publish a page" and "publish a sitetree".

IMO the checkbox is sufficient, but maybe two menu items are less
confusing re. the permissions.
