Should we define a critical mass? If only three or four people will
participate we can organize a meeting on a more private level and
skip
all the organization stuff!
First we should fix a date so that i could try to organize a room.
It would be helpful to find a date if the ones who are interested in
participating could write down when they are away or could not take
part
(in the proposed period between 23 of June and 1 of August) ;-)
To make it more concrete i propose the following days:
