From the view of our users I agree, but what about new users ?
The default publicaiton is not state of the art (code and layout), so I
think it would be good to replace it by an other one or provide additonal
example publications. Maybe one of our publications fits better or sombody
else has better alternatives.
of course I see your point.
Adding a new publication layout would require an additional
cross-browser test cycle though, which could delay the release even
further. Given the choice, I'd prefer to release 2.1 asap and
update/replace the default publication in the next release. But if
someone is committing to do the work, I have no objections.
