They usually reject the first request.
They write onto the rejection, that you can explain
in more detail, what you want to do.

Explain, that the word collection itself requires
special software for building and checking the tree,
that can be interesting for other software projects.  It is
also part of several  larger software projects,
like Oo, abiword ant the like. You even might plan
yourself to write some spell checking
facility for Kurdish.

They are a really good host, therefore they are worth
of the little extra work.
