no problem :) Let me know if you want to enable it through DicOOo
At present there is no affix or hyphenation file. I have about 5400 words.
It would be good to have some input about legalities/copyright also. My list has grown from a medical.dic file collected from my own writings, a neurological list from someone who responded when I first raised the query last October, and sundry lists "harvested" from the web.
I am not sure one can copyright a list of words in general usage, but one group of words I found was from someone trying to sell a multilingual medical dictionary online. I chose to use some of his English words, many of which were transcribed to AU version. In no way was I just reusing the list as he had published it, but I am not clear about the legal situation there. In addition there is the problem of proprietary drug names. These tend to vary from country to country, but it should be fairly easy to edit that. Again I am not sure about the legalities of "publishing" them.
Are you still interested in making it generally available? Does anything have to be done about licensing?
Kind regards
Russell
